Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, assist them with plant selection, provide information on plant care, and drive nursery sales.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, assist them with their inquiries, recommend suitable plants and botanical products, and complete sales transactions.
•  Product Knowledge: Learn about the various plants, soil types, fertilizers, pots, and accessories offered at the nursery to provide informed advice to customers.
•  Nursery & Display Maintenance: Help organize and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring plants are healthy, well-watered, and neatly arranged.
•  Order & Inventory Assistance: Assist in receiving stock, tagging prices, tracking inventory levels, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
•  Administrative & Follow-up: Maintain basic sales records and follow up with regular clients regarding orders or availability.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

•  Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or horticulture/gardening is an advantage.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Passion for plants, nature, and customer interaction.
•  Punctual, responsible, and capable of working active physical hours within a nursery environment.
