Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
   > Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
   > For Lower Secondary Teachers: Teach specialized content in Social Studies, Mathematics, Computer Studies, or Science.
   > For Grade Teachers: Deliver comprehensive foundational learning across core subjects for young learners.

Classroom Management & Student Engagement:
   > Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
   > Engage and motivate students through dynamic, interactive teaching techniques.
   > Foster effective communication and interpersonal skills among students.

Assessment & Evaluation:
   > Monitor, assess, and evaluate student progress, coursework, and classroom participation.
   > Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate record-keeping of grades and attendance.
   > Collaborate with school administration, fellow teaching staff, and parents to support overall student development.

Requirements & Qualifications:
 > Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
 > Passion for Teaching: Strong commitment and enthusiasm for educating young learners.
 > Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 > Student Motivation: Proven ability to engage, inspire, and motivate students in academic and co-curricular activities.
