Key Responsibilities

• Draft Original Content: Write clear, concise, and original paragraphs following provided topic guidelines and formatting instructions.

• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure written submissions adhere to basic grammar, clarity, and task specifications for prompt approval.

• Meet Deadlines: Manage your task assignments independently within agreed timeframes.

Basic Requirements

• Device Access: A functional smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.

• Connectivity: A reliable internet connection.

• Language & Communication: Basic writing proficiency and functional command of your preferred writing language.

• Self-Discipline: Strong time-management skills to work independently from home.

Compensation & Performance

• Rate: NPR 35 per approved paragraph

• Payout Structure: Performance-based earnings calculated on total completed and approved output (no fixed monthly base salary).
