Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, honest, and hardworking Store Assistants to join our team across multiple store locations. The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting daily shop operations, welcoming customers, managing product inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with billing/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Customer Service: Greet and assist customers warmly, help them find products, and handle customer queries professionally.
•  Store & Stock Management: Keep store shelves clean, neatly organized, and fully stocked. Receive, unpack, and arrange incoming inventory.
•  Billing & Checkout: Assist with basic billing, receiving cash/online payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
•  Order Preparation: Package goods for store sales or customer delivery orders.
•  Maintenance: Ensure the store environment remains tidy, well-lit, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SEE / SLC completed (+2 preferred or pursuing).
• Experience: Prior experience as a shop helper, store clerk, or in retail/sales is a plus, but freshers with strong learning attitudes are welcome.

Key Skills:

•  Basic computer and basic math/counting skills.
•  Good communication skills in Nepali (basic English is an added advantage).
•  Punctual, reliable, honest, and self-motivated.
•  Proximity: Preference will be given to candidates living near or around the respective store locations (Kusunti, Koteshwor, Sanagaun, Lubhu/Lugu).
