Job description

Position: HR Officer
Location: Bhairahawa Branch, Nepal
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable

 

We are looking for a competent, proactive, and people-oriented HR Officer to join our team at our Bhairahawa Branch.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, employee movements, and related HR processes.
  • Support payroll and other HR-related administrative activities.
  • Address employee queries and provide appropriate HR support.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR practices.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development activities.
  • Monitor workplace discipline and promote a positive and professional work environment.
  • Candidate shall be adept with current Labor Laws including knowledge of all Labor and Internal Relations issues
  • Coordinate with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and labor regulations.
  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, hrms software (NIMBLE), attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Candidates with experience in the hospitality, hotel, casino, or service industry will be an advantage.
