Job description
- Identify, approach, and onboard new education agents and recruitment partners across Nepal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents and partners.
- Develop B2B partnerships to generate a consistent student recruitment pipeline.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions for education agents.
- Promote StepUp Education's programs and services to potential partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment and business development targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand StepUp Education's market presence in Nepal.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and student preferences.
- Represent StepUp Education at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and networking events.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure smooth student processing.
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance, leads, applications, and enrollments.
